David is a seasoned operator and advisor with more than 30 years of international experience spanning legal affairs, corporate development, and the scaling of technology companies.
He has served as Chief Operating Officer at Buystream Inc., PageCloud Inc., and InventionShare Inc., and as Vice President, Corporate Development and General Counsel at Fulcrum Technologies Inc. (now part of OpenText).
He began his technology career at Cognos Inc. as Corporate Counsel. David holds a law degree, an MBA, and a bachelor’s degree.
Scott Rowan

Scott Rowan is Vice President of Sales at PumpCX, where he leads global enterprise sales of automated quality assurance built for the AI-era contact center, covering functional, monitoring, and performance testing across voice infrastructure, live agents, IVRs, and LLM voice self-service.
Over a 25+ year career, Scott has built and led enterprise sales motions across contact center, collaboration, managed services, and network infrastructure, partnering directly with Fortune 1000 customer experience, IT, and procurement leaders on complex, multi-year engagements. He has been on the front line of every major enterprise technology shift of the last two decades, and is now focused on the one that matters most: AI and automation moving from pilot to production inside the world's largest organizations.
On the Novaloop board, Scott contributes a Fortune 1000 buyer's lens to product and commercial strategy, helps the team translate AI-native craft into enterprise-grade outcomes, and reinforces a culture he has built his career on: trust earned through transparency, automation deployed with discipline, and a customer-first standard that survives every business cycle.

He specializes in bridging intelligent systems and human dynamics, designing environments where technology and people operate in sync.
Craig holds a Master’s degree in Education.

Steven Hoffner is an award-winning producer, director, and educator with a track record of creating high-impact documentary, scripted, and branded content across global sports and entertainment platforms.
He has held production roles with the National Hockey League, Major League Baseball, and The Walt Disney Company, where he led the development of premium and digital content featuring marquee talent including Wayne Gretzky, Connor McDavid, and P. K. Subban. His work includes the award-winning series NHL Life, which earned multiple w3 Awards honors.
As founder of 383 Pictures, Steven directed and produced the feature documentary The Cannons (Brothers on Ice), which premiered at DOC NYC Film Festival and was acquired by TSN, MSG Networks and four other regional broadcasters in the United States. Steven produced NHL Trophy Case which premiered on ESPN + and SportsNet. He works alongside Novaloop Intelligence Inc. to bring intelligent systems into professional sports and entertainment organizations, helping modernize how content, operations, and technology intersect.
